Michael joined Perfect Fit Placement immediately after its founding in 1998. As Vice-President he handles a variety of corporate and management responsibilities including publicity, marketing, company finance and perhaps most importantly, recruiting recruiters.
Prior to Perfect Fit Placement Michael spent about 15 years working in marketing and sales. “Recruiting, in its’ essence, is sales. We encourage clients to use our services and we encourage candidates to pursue the positions we represent”. In both cases we need to articulate clear and persuasive augments why it is in their interest to permit us to work with them.”

Michael is married and lives in Essex, CT. He is a graduate of Rutgers University, Camden, NJ. Favorite things: deep sea fishing, reading history, Red Sox, Patriots, family and camaraderie of good friends and family.
