Remote recruiting is a significant segment of the recruitment industry, particularly in light of the dramatic changes the Covid 19 virus has engendered. Perfect Fit has been sponsoring remote recruiters for most of our 21 year history, with personnel on both coasts and throughout the US Southwest. 

Our recruiters work in a variety of industries, some full time as well as part time. All of them are valued members of our team and are fully integrated with our in-house staff based in Connecticut.



The Opportunity is Yours


Work, share, plan, and collaborate with our recruiters – remote or internal. You will be part of a team of serious professionals whose primary goal is to work at their best and achieve the financial goals they desire. We share candidates and job orders. You work individually or on a team. We teleconference each weekday morning, and fulltime remote recruiters are supplied a Pfp extension so that communication is instantaneous, anytime.

Unlimited job orders

There are always job roles to be filled at PFP. We are an award-winning member of National Personnel Associates for approximately 15 years. It is a highly ethical group of approximately 400 member companies in the US and throughout the world that do splits (similar to co-broking in real estate).  


We invest heavily in training with our own experienced in-house talent, as well as utilizing outside resources. You’ll access training programs typically at least once a week. In addition, you will also be given specialized training to utilize at your own pace 

Specialty Tools

We sponsor all major recruiting data technology, including Careerbulder Monster and Linkedin (recruiter versions). We utilize a leading applicant tracking system for both candidate and client tracking. We are constantly evaluating other technologies and welcome recruiter input,

Compensation and Benefits

Once fully working at plan, we expect your compensation to be between $80,000 and $120,000. Although some do earn lower, others do earn higher.

  • Progressive work week that allows you to take every other Friday off, if you have achieve you base metrics of attendance and calls. That means that in addition to your vacation\sick days and major holidays, you get approximately 24 additional days off per year

The Details

  • Full-desk, full-cycle recruiter. Sourcing candidates and developing clients.
  • Source candidates by utilizing a variety of tools, including heavy emphasis on electronic/online resources, conducting research, networking ,and intense phone contact.
  • Contact and obtain job orders from clients.
  • Follow certain metrics goals if required.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere.
  • Self motivated to earn high incomes.


Phone skills, recruiting, interviewing skills, people skills, supports diversity, employment law, results-driven, professionalism, organization, good knowledge of Windows & email a must. Good knowledge of search engines and social network a PLUS! Knowledge of INDEED also a plus.


Prior recruiting a plus but will look at strong sales background.
